Based in Ipplepen and covering Totnes, Newton Abbot and surrounding villages Walk DMC offer a range of services tailored to suit the individual needs of your dog.
We understand that in these times we have busier lives than ever before with many companies moving away from home working. This may mean that you now require some help to take care of your four-legged friends. Maybe you have short or long term health issues that do not allow you to give your dog the benefit of a lovely long walk.

Our Services
Individual Walks
£20 per hour
Limited Time slots available.
Your dog can be walked from your home address or collected in our fully air conditioned and safe vehicle and taken to one of our many beautiful locations.
These walks are suitable if your dog is older or nervous and would not cope in a group walk environment. Our individual walks can be designed to cater for your dog’s specific needs.
Please note that aggressive dogs will not be accepted.
Group Walks
£14 per hour
Time slots available.
Ultimately dogs are pack animals. These walks are perfect if your dog is sociable or if you have multiple dogs. Your dog must be friendly, have the ability to mix with other dogs without feeling upset. These walks will be mentally and physically fulfilling providing your dog with the fresh air and exercise they need.
Your dog will be collected in our fully equipped and air conditioned vehicle and taken, with the group, to one of a plethora of outstanding local, dog friendly, locations.
Drop-Ins
£10
Time slots available.
Ideal if your dog is a home lover or you work part-time. We will travel to your home address, spend 15 minutes with your dog and provide them with whatever they need. As well as seeing to their basic needs we will play with, entertain and make our visit a happy experience for your pooch.
About Walk DMC
Hello I’m Dave and have been a dog owner most of my life.
I am a retired police officer and was formerly in the military so think of myself as the sort of person you can trust to look after an important member of your family.
I am a fully insured dog walker, DBS checked and have a qualification in Canine First Aid provided by DogSafe South West.
Whatever your dog’s needs, I am confident that Walk DMC (Dave Mills Canines) can cater for them.
